Ad-hoc Listings
Custom listings.
Over time we have added a number of specific interest listing reports to this area.
These are reports which may have interest to a small number of labs.
If you cannot find a report to produce the data you need, take a look through the ad-hoc listings as you may find something useful here.
Batch Report Manager
(or press Ctrl + D on your keyboard)
The Batch Report Manager will help you produce any of the customer reports (such as invoices and statements) for any number of your customers at the end of the month.

BRM - Dentists by name
BRM - Practices by name
Both of these items will start the Batch Report Manager with the indicated selection automatically selected for step 1.
Favourites Menu
You can bring up a menu of your most-used menu items, saving you time navigating through the menus to find them.
Either use Tools menu > Favourites, or press Ctrl+F on your keyboard to bring up this menu.
The Favourites menu can be personalised for your lab by Transactor Support. Some items may not carry through during software updates if they conflict with new features.
Next form grid display format
Change the line items display format for the current job on the Main Form. Every time you select this item from the menu, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+D, the next display format will be applied.

Maintenance Utilities
A set of utilities, generally used by Transactor Support to help resolve any maintenance queries you might have.
It is possible Transactor Support will guide you through using these tools.
Queues
View the Delivery notes and Delivery runs queues.
When you complete a job, you can send a delivery note to the queue, then, when you're ready to print off all the delivery notes you would usually do this from the Report menu > Jobs. However, printing the delivery note queue will remove the delivery notes from the queue. Viewing the queue from this menu option will allow you to view the queue without removing the items from the queue.

User Sessions Monitor
Allows you to view a list of all users currently logged in to LabManager. On a single PC setup you will only see one user in the list (yourself!) but on multi-user network configurations or LabManager (cloud version) where you have other lab users or your customers logging in, you will see the other users and their terminal names (if configured) listed. Their current activity is also shown.
As a LabManager user this screen may have limited use, and is aimed more for technical users and Transactor Support.

Control Centre
(or press Ctrl + S on your keyboard)
Use the Control Centre for configuring LabManager for your lab, including managing your customers, products, price lists etc.
Depending on the Control Level of the currently logged in user, you may only have access to the Setup Wizard page. An Advanced user will have access to the Advanced page also.
You can also access the Control Centre from the cog icon on the toolbar.

Due Date Calendar Setup
Block/unblock days in the due date calendar, so that work cannot be due on those dates.
My Preferences
(or press Ctrl + U on your keyboard, or use the My Preferences icon on the toolbar)
You can modify the settings for the current user from here, including colour scheme, tab options and your password. The screen you will be presented with is the same as for editing a user from the Control Centre.
You will not be able to add permissions to the current user unless your Control Level is Advanced or Manager.
