Report Menu

Print/Send report(s) related to the current form content

This will call up the Print dialog window, so you can print or send (to file or email) any document that is valid for the current job.

CSV Exporter

This function allows you to export your data into a CSV format, using pre-defined templates that are compatible with a number of applications.

Laboratory Group

Produce reports across all labs that are members of a laboratory group.

For defined groups, data is aggregated overnight from all the databases in the group, allowing daily reporting on this data from the 'master' database of the group.

Groups need to be configured by Transactor Support, and all lab databases must be hosted on LabManager (cloud version).

Accounting

Contains financial reports that are useful for accounting. You may wish to produce some of these reports every quarter to hand to your accountant or book-keeper, such as the Payments and Aged Debtors reports.

A user without "Usergroup - Accounts" or "Financial Reports" permission will not be able to run these reports. A user can be given the "Payments Report" permission to allow them to run the Payments report alone from this menu.

Customers

Contains reports useful for handing to your customers, as well as address labels and a handy customer list report. You can also access the Batch Report Manager from this menu, to help you produce any of these reports for any number of your customers at the end of the month.

Practices

Contains reports useful for handing to your practice customers, as well as address labels and a handy practice customer list report. You can also access the Batch Report Manager from this menu, to help you produce any of these reports for any number of your practice customers at the end of the month.

Letters

You can create a number of customised PDF letters, that you can send to your customers either individually (from the Report menu) or to all or a group of customers via the Batch Report Manager.

As well as the customisable letters, there are a set of debtors letters that you can use to chase outstanding payments.

Jobs - Booked In

For reporting on the jobs in your database, for your lab's reference. You can produce a number of reports on jobs in the Booked In state. As well as these reports, you may find it useful to print lists of jobs from the Jobs List window, by right clicking a job in that list and sending to the preview window.

Jobs - Other

For reporting on the jobs in your database, for your lab's reference. You can produce reports on jobs in their different stages, such as Booked Out Ongoing and Completed. As well as these reports, you may find it useful to print lists of jobs from the Jobs List window, by right clicking a job in that list and sending to the preview window.

Delivery

View and print the delivery notes queue or the Delivery Runs reports.

Products

Contains a Price List report and a Products report. You can also obtain a list of products from the Select Product window by right clicking on an item in that list and sending the list to the preview window.

Sales

Various reports to show the total sales made for a specified period, to a particular customer or practice, or by product type.

A user without "Usergroup - Accounts" or "Financial Reports" permission will not be able to run these reports.

Technicians

For reporting on the productivity of the lab technicians. For these reports to be useful you will need to assign technicians as working on an item when you add it to a job.

Others

A number of miscellaneous reports, including a blank Patient Statement and some legacy reports which some labs may prefer to continue using.
