Choose a new practice account. This is often the practice that the current customer (dentist) works at. The current practice is shown on the right of the Main Form, below the job details.

 

Click the Add New button to add a new practice. You can also add dentists and practices from the Setup Wizard.

Select Practice customers


Displays the customer selection dialog window, listing all the dentists associated with the practice displayed on the Main Form.

Useful for easily moving between dentists at the same practice.




 

Edit

 

Brings up the Practice Edit screen for the customer that's currently showing on the Main Form. From this screen you can modify the details of the practice account, such as contact details and tags.

 

You can also edit a Practice by clicking once on the Practice details that show on the Main Form.

Delete (set as InActive)

 

Mark the current Practice as inactive. It is not possible to permanently delete a Practice from the database, but marking it as inactive will ensure it does not appear when searching for it, unless specifically searching for inactive Practices.

 

You will be asked to confirm this action.

UnDelete (set as Active)

 

Mark the current Practice as active. This will return the Practice from a deleted/inactive state and allow it to appear in normal searches.

Clear from form

 

Remove the current Practice from the form.
