LabManager has always been an easily navigable and reasonably thorough system. However with it’s recent upgrade, which for instance allows instant e-mailing of documents to clients and the ability to load case photos against invoices, it’s now a totally comprehensive, user friendly, must have.
Furthermore I have contacted the Help Desk several times recently, [and] each time I rang, they treated it like it was the first time I’d called. Very patient and attentive. Absolute stars!
