Group listings can be accessed from the bottom of the Report menu.



For defined groups, data is aggregated overnight from all the databases in the group, allowing daily reporting on this data from the 'master' database of the group.


Groups need to be configured by Transactor Support, and all lab databases must be hosted on LabManager (cloud version).



The listings available from this dialog are used by LabManager for Practices groups to report on the data across all the members in their group.





Practice Groups


Once a group of practices have been defined (by contacting Transactor Support) and all labs used by the practice group are hosted on LabManager (cloud version) then aggregation of the group's data will happen overnight.

One of the practices will need to be defined as the principal/master practice, and all group results will be available via that practice's principal login only.


Therefore, it will be possible to review the data for all practices in the group up to the end of the previous working day.


This data can be exported to CSV file for reviewing in a spreadsheet application, such as Microsoft Excel, where the group admin staff can do further analysis and reporting as required.




To begin reporting, use Report menu > Practice Group from the principal/master practice's login.


Choose from the available listing options, and click Search


To export the data, either click the Options button, then Export list to CSV file, or right click a row and choose this option.


Save the file to your local computer and then open in a spreadsheet application.
