You can either log in via a web browser, or via our dedicated application on Windows or Mac.


We recommend using the dedicated application as this supports access to the drives and folders on your computer from the cloud environment.


If you choose to log in via a web browser, you will not have access to the drives and folders on your computer. You will have a V: drive available to you on the cloud, and you can move files into this my dragging and dropping them over the LabManager application.

Double-click the Remote Desktop Connect icon on your desktop.

Use your browser to visit the web page address below.

You will be prompted to log in with the email address you have registered with us, as well as your password.




Transactor LabManager (cloud version) requires two-factor authentication. This ensures the safety of your data on the cloud as it requires you to enter a unique single-use code when you log in. This code is sent to your email address or optionally you can use an authenticator app on your mobile device.


Enter the 6 digit code that you receive.






You are now at the dashboard, where you can click on the app you wish to open. Usually you should only have access to one app, which is the LabManager login associated with your account.


When you click on the app, a connection will be made to LabManager (cloud version) and you will be presented with the LabManager main form.


In the example below, the user has one app and this is named Lab4503-Demo-MANAGER.

Next
