File menu > Exit

Confirm you wish to close LabManager.

If your LabManager is installed on your local PC only, you will be asked if you wish to make a backup - in which case you will need to tick the box to indicate you want to proceed with this.

Once you confirm you wish to close LabManager, if you ticked the backup box (if available) the Backup utility will open and you can run a backup.
