Tools menu > Control Centre > Advanced > Menus.
This page allows the user to modify the menu bar that is present at the top of the Main Form. It is unlikely that a user would need to make any changes on this page, and access is provided to help with support issues and customisations.
The current user will need to have Advanced control level to access this page.
