We are proud of maintaining a great relationship with all our customers, so no matter what, if you have a problem or are unhappy about something please email or call, and we’ll do our best to sort it out to your satisfaction.

 
For support and sales calls we are available between 08:30 and 17:00 every day, but at very busy times you may need to leave a message for us. We aim to respond to all calls within an hour, and Email48 queries within 48 hours – but usually quicker.
 

This software, Transactor, has been made to the best of our ability and it should do a great job in your business. In the event of your computer going bottoms up or your business going down for whatever reason, Transactor Systems Ltd can’t and won’t accept responsibility. So in short, make sure you look after your data, do your daily backups to removeable media, network location or cloud drive. As long as you’ve done that, then even if your computers self-destruct we’ll be able to get you up and running on any other PC quickly. By using this software you are agreeing to these terms.
