Confirm you wish to close Transactor.

If the ability to run a backup is available to you, you will be offered this - in which case you will need to tick the box to indicate you want to make a backup.

Once you confirm you wish to close Transactor, if you ticked the backup box the Backup utility will open and you can run a backup.
