Reporting
LabManager has a number of reporting methods, as follows:
PDF reports |
PDF reports can be found under the Report menu a the top of the main form. These are 'traditional' reports which can be printed, or emailed as PDF documents. |
Listings |
Listings can be found in the Report menu > Sales > Sales Data Lists, as well as anywhere where a list of results can be produced, such as from the Jobs button on the toolbar, or customer history, patient search etc. All of these listings can be exported to CSV file, or sent to the preview window where they can be emailed or saved as a PDF. |
Lab group listings |
Lab group listings can be accessed from the top of the Report menu > Laboratory Group. The listings available from this dialog are used by LabManager (cloud version) lab groups to report on the data across all the labs in their group. For defined lab groups, data is aggregated overnight from all the databases in the group, allowing daily reporting on this data from the 'master' database of the group. Lab groups need to be configured by Transactor Support, and all lab databases must be hosted on LabManager (cloud version). |
Practice group listings |
Practice group listings can be accessed from the top of the Report menu > Practice Group, when logged in with a practice/group user account. The listings available from this dialog are used by LabManager (cloud version) practice groups to report on the data across all the practices in their group. For defined practice groups, data is aggregated overnight from all the practices in the group across all applicable lab databases, allowing daily reporting on this data from the 'master' database of the group. Practice groups need to be configured by Transactor Support, and all lab databases must be hosted on LabManager (cloud version). |
Bulk reporting, Printing and Emailing can be done using the Batch Report Manager under the Tools menu or under Report menu > Customers.
