Transactor's LabManager is a software application which is available as a cloud edition, or can be installed on a Microsoft Windows desktop PC. The software is used for administering a dental laboratory.


It tracks jobs, produces invoices and statements and has a built in sales ledger to receive payments and control your debtors.


The cloud edition optionally allows practices and dentists to log in and review the progress of their jobs, as well as submit new jobs, add attachments, send and receive messages, and run their own reports.

The system records:


  • Work coming in and going out of the laboratory
  • Job details and file attachments
  • Products and price lists
  • Customer records, with file attachments
  • Delivery addresses, usually dental practices or another laboratory
  • Technicians and admin users, with different permission levels
  • Payments received


The system can preview, print, save or email:


  • Job tickets
  • Despatch notes, priced or unpriced
  • Individual or monthly summary invoices, statements, quotes and credit notes
  • The above can be customised with your own logos and can be printed on plain paper or letter headed. 
  • Reports including Sales Analysis, Aged Debtors, Technician/Department Output,  and financial summaries.
  • Data lists, which can be exported as CSV files
  • Export data as CSV files using templates specific to accounting packages etc.
  • Export electronic invoices for corporate groups, such as MyDentist
