Procuur


Once your LabManager software is linked to Procuur, your customers can be invited to start using Procuur also, where they will be able to view their orders (live and historical) as well as files and messages. Both parties can add files and messages which the other party can view.

LabManager Cloud


Assuming your customer has a LabManager Cloud subscription, you can send notes to the customer, and they can send comments over to you. Additionally, both parties can attach files to the job - such as 3D scans, photos and other documents.


•  Notes are visible to both parties by default, unless "Job menu > Add PRIVATE general note" has been used.

•  User accounts must have permission to view notes.

•  Attachments are visible to both parties by default, unless sent to "Attachments (private)" by a LabManager printing rule, or "Job menu > Add PRIVATE attachment" has been used.



Additionally, attachments and notes can only be added by a user account with the permission to do this.
