Find this utility in Tools menu > Utilities.



For all jobs that have the "Charge" job department, and the selected due date, this utility will book them out as COMPLETED.



For all jobs that DO NOT have the "Charge" job department, but DO have the selected due date, those jobs will be booked out as ONGOING.
